@rdvrobotics is Rendezvous Robotics. Its announcement, dated october 28 2026, says the $20M seed was oversubscribed and was the company's first priced round. MaC Venture Capital (@MaCVentureCap) and Toyota Ventures (@toyota_ventures) led. The announcement names the University of Michigan Endowment, Astera (@astera), Industrious Ventures (@IndustriousVC), Aurelia Foundry, ATX Venture Partners and Mana Ventures (@Mana_Ventures), plus others.
The company builds spacecraft that assemble themselves in orbit, from Golden, Colorado. The site says the vehicles launch as compact modular tiles, then maneuver, align and connect after launch. It describes a 2028 mission in which seven tiles join, separate, and assemble again in a different configuration.
