tl;dr: two products launched on august 10 2026. Lasso shipped a first-party checkout and attribution platform: frontrun flagged it 31 days before launch. Markov (YC S26) revealed its computer-use datasets for CAD, design and browser-use: flagged 147 days before launch. rounds get press. launches are where the follow graph moves first.
Lasso: take back the checkout
Lasso wants merchants to take back ownership of the most important moment in digital commerce. the product is a customizable customer journey plus first-party attribution, both on one dashboard.
the problem it is aimed at is real and expensive: the checkout is the single highest-intent moment a store has, and for most merchants it is rented from someone else, which means the conversion data and the attribution signal belong to someone else too. Lasso's pitch is that you stop losing money at checkout by owning it.
Introducing Lasso.

Take back ownership of the most important moment in digital commerce.
Customizable customer journey, first-party attribution, all on a simple dashboard experience.
Stop losing money at checkout and make the switch today:
flagged july 10, launched august 10. 31 days.
Lasso is the smallest account we have written up. it has 99 followers on X today, after launching. when we flagged it a month before launch it had fewer. there was no product, no press and effectively no audience. there was a follow.
Markov: computer-use data for CAD and design
Markov (YC S26) builds what it calls the most advanced computer-use datasets for CAD, design and browser-use. the company works with frontier labs directly and has passed 150,000+ open-source downloads on Hugging Face.
this is the unglamorous layer underneath every "agent that uses your computer" demo. models are getting good at driving a browser and bad at driving AutoCAD, and the gap is action-labelled data that mostly does not exist.
founders: Dev Mandal, previously at Sarvam AI, and Harish Ashok, who is 17.
Today, we're announcing Markov (YC S26).

We've built the most advanced CUA datasets for CAD, design, browser-use & more.
We're working with frontier AI labs and our open-source datasets have crossed 150,000+ downloads on HuggingFace.
Sample dataset below :)
two days after launch they showed what the data is for: a video-game world model for Forza trained on seven hours of action-labelled gameplay, all of it open-sourced. that is the whole argument for quality over volume in this category.
flagged march 16, launched august 10. 147 days.
6 tracked accounts are on Markov today, and 4 of them arrived before the launch, starting the day we flagged the company in march. five months of lead on a YC company that had not shown anyone the product yet.
a launch receipt is not a fundraise receipt
our receipt ledger tracks rounds: flag date against announcement date, with a 7-day minimum lead. launches are a different signal off the same graph. investors follow companies while the product is still being built, so the flag lands weeks or months before there is anything to look at. the payoff is not "we knew about the round," it is "we were watching before the demo existed."
Lasso is the sharper version of that point. at 99 followers with no launch yet, there was no other way to find the company. no filing had been made, no press had been written, no product page existed to index. the only public evidence that Lasso was worth ten minutes of attention was who had already decided to follow it.

Lasso and Markov already shipped. the useful list is the one where the product has not launched yet.
frontrun watches the follow graphs of 2,000+ tracked venture investors on X and flags the companies they converge on, with a date, the morning it happens.
