Teams & Billing
One person owns the subscription. Everyone else on the team gets a seat on it. Seats are billed together on one invoice, and every seat is a private workspace: your own tracked accounts, your own reports, your own watchlist. Nothing is shared between seats unless you share it.
Seat pricing
| Seat | Price | Tracked accounts | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $49 / mo | 100 | daily report, lists, watchlists, database |
| Pro | $99 / mo | 250 | everything in Starter + API and MCP, live feed, enrichment credits |
Mix tiers freely: two Pro seats and one Starter seat is a normal team. Above 250 tracked accounts a Pro seat can add capacity at $0.25 per account per month.
Adding a teammate
Open Settings → Subscription
You need an active Starter or Pro subscription. The Team section sits under your plan details.
Enter their email and pick a seat
Type the teammate's work email, choose Starter or Pro, and hit Add. The seat is charged today, prorated to your billing cycle, and lands on your existing invoice.
They accept the invite
Your teammate gets an email with an invite link. If they already have a Frontrun account, accepting moves them onto your team and their existing tracked accounts are re-activated up to the seat's limit. If not, the link creates their account. One person can belong to one team at a time.
Starting a team from scratch
Not subscribed yet? The same section shows a roster builder: pick your own seat, add teammates, see the monthly total, and check out once. Everyone gets an invite link when payment completes.
Managing seats
- Remove a member: the trash icon next to their name. The seat comes off your subscription right away (Stripe prorates the unused time) and their workspace drops back to the free preview. Nothing is deleted; if they get a seat again, their tracked accounts come back.
- Revoke a pending invite: the × next to the invite. No charge if they never accepted.
- Change a teammate's tier: use the Starter/Pro dropdown next to their name. An upgrade is prorated and charged now; a downgrade credits your next invoice. Pending invites can be re-tiered the same way before they are accepted.
- Copy an invite link: the copy icon next to a pending invite. Same link as the email, useful when it lands in spam or you would rather send it in Slack.
- Rename the team: click the team name at the top of the section. The name shows on invite emails.
- Seats and spend: the summary line above the roster shows seat count, monthly total, and next invoice date. Pending invites are billed from the moment they go out, so revoke any you no longer need.
- Change your own plan: use Change Plan; your seat follows your plan.
What teammates see
A seated member sees "Pro access provided by owner name" in their own Settings, with no billing controls. They cannot buy, cancel, or change plans; the owner does that.
Invoices and larger teams
Every team is billed as one Stripe subscription, so finance gets one invoice with line items per tier. Net-30 invoice billing, 20+ seats, or higher tracked-account limits: email support@frontrun.vc.
